We provide Conventional and FHA appraisals. The term "Conventional" means that it is non-governmental and can be used for a variety of purposes, including a new mortgage, a refinance, divorce settlement, to determine an asking price, etc.

FHA appraisals can only be ordered by an FHA-approved lender. Call us at (888) 487-2755 to obtain the name and license number of the appraiser.
